Mechanism for protection of intellectual properties, for example the logos, designs, blue prints, words, photographs, videos and music. At the bottom of my website I included a link to the copyright protection laws so people know not to use my work.
I will not be affected by this as everything is my own work and I will not be using any content where I have no consent from the owner to use on my website.

PRIVACYThe privacy law relates to keeping a persons personal documents and information private and safe so nobody can have access to it unless the owner gives permission.
So therefore if you have a comments page you need to protect people through the data protection app. Comments that people make on my website will be private so nobody can see what they have to say and no one is offended by anything that is said.

CHILD PROTECTION
The duty to protect children  from any unsuitable content and be restricted from going onto it on the website. Administration tools are in place on websites to monitor the comments which are made on the websites.
My website is for the target audience of teenagers. Therefore there will be no explicit content on my website that will offend any one of the younger age and it will be a suitable website for all ages even out of the target audience range. There will be no offensive content shown on my website.

ETHICAL ASA ( Advertising Standards Authority)
